In the production and supply chain of Wall Panels and grilles, packaging and palletizing methods play a critical role in protecting products and improving transportation efficiency, while product quality remains the core factor determining market competitiveness. Tianzeyuan's packaging process for wall panel grilles is highly rigorous. First, each grille undergoes a thorough individual cleaning before leaving the factory to ensure no dust or stains remain on the surface, entering the packaging process in perfect condition. After single-grille protective packaging is completed, the process moves to overall packing. Multiple grilles are neatly stacked, with their shapes, sizes, and transportation requirements carefully considered to ensure stable stacking and efficient space utilization. Subsequently, strong packing straps are used to bind the stacked grilles in a horizontal and vertical cross pattern. The tension of the packing straps is precisely controlled to ensure the grilles do not come apart during transportation while avoiding excessive pressure that could cause deformation.

The most anticipated segment of this training session was the grand reveal of our brand - new grille patterns. Li Gong, the director of the R&D center, spearheaded the team in unveiling the secrets behind 20 groundbreaking designs. Spanning from elements inspired by nature to motifs rooted in modern art, each pattern is a testament to our accurate understanding of market trends and our commitment to craftsmanship.
